This free to download photo editing program may be of interest to members who want to enhance their photos. One advantage over other free programs is that it has layers. Layers allows combining of effects and or other images.

Download: The program only runs on Windows. Before you proceed "Create a Restore Point" (Google if you do not know what this is.)

The link to click on is the top right, not the big, in your face, blue links.
Then choose Save.
After the file has downloaded to your downloads folder you need to Extract it.
Proceed through the installation screens and Paint.net should open.
Word Douments I prepared in 2013 are huge files so they take while to download. This were to give a guide for what may work, Paint Dot Net has been updated a lot since. E&O.E
