This group is intended for people who are interested in discussing a wide variety of health issues. The emphasis is on members aquiring enough knowledge to take responsibility for their own health with the aim of preventing illness and boosting their immune systems. Topics could include arthritis, eye and prostate problems and other subjects relating to our age group. The discussion is wide open for member input and ideas.
